A minimum of 20 hours a week (including days, nights, and weekends) will be required to accomplish the duties of this position. ESKIMO JOE’S CLOTHES ~ RETAIL OPPORTUNITIES
Joe Ho Ho! Come join an Oklahoma original! Each year Joe's Clothes opens holiday locations across the state. In order for us to do this, we need experienced managers, supervisors, and sales associates to run these stores.
We are accepting applications for Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor and Sales Associate positions. We begin our Management training in September, and our locations operate from mid October through December. Employment ends the first week of January.
All the locations for the 2010 season have not been finalized yet. We are planning to be at:

* Muskogee - Arrowhead Mall

STORE MANAGER- Responsible for all areas of a retail unit. Duties include, but are not limited to: Achieving sales goals, Hiring & training
sales staff, Making daily deposits, Counting/Handling money, Scheduling & Payroll preparation and Receiving & stocking product. Hours required are 40 per week, with no more than 45 in December. Working one or two nights per week is required, as well as some Saturdays and Sundays. Not all weekends are required. Must possess excellent customer service and selling skills, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit. Hourly salary ranges from $12 - $14, depending on experience. Available bonus with success in specific areas.
ASSISTANT MANAGER- Assists in the managing of a retail unit.
Must be able to supervise and manage sales staff independently.
Duties include, but are not limited to: Training & supervising sales staff,
Counting register drawers, Making daily deposits, Closing/opening store
responsibilities, Monitoring & calculating payroll and Receiving &
stocking product. Hours required are 35-40 per week. Must be able
to close two nights per week and work some weekend shifts. Not all weekends
are required. Must possess excellent customer service and selling
skills. Hourly salary ranges from $10 - $12, depending on experience.
SUPERVISOR- Responsible for basic management duties. Duties
Include, but are not limited to: Servicing and selling to customers,
Supervising sales staff, Counting register drawers, Making daily deposits,
Closing store responsibilities, Monitoring & calculating payroll and
Receiving & stocking product. Hours required are 20-40 (we are flexible
depending on the employee's needs). Must be able to close two or three nights per week and work some weekend shifts. Not all weekends are required.
Must possess solid customer service and selling skills. Hourly salary ranges from $8 - $10, depending on experience.
SALES ASSOCIATE- Responsible for servicing & selling to customers,
stocking product, keeping the sales floor & stockroom clean and organized, counting register drawers, preparing deposits and operating a cash register. Unless accommodations are made in advance, must be able to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends. Not all weekends are required. Must possess solid customer service and selling skills. Hourly salary ranges from $7.25 - $8.25 at time of hire.

The ideal candidate will understand the role of promotional products and logo apparel in corporate marketing/branding.
